New Post: Add button in CollectionControl

Hi,

I'm using the CollectionControl with differents Lists, but sometimes the Add button is Disabled, I was wondering why ?
What are the conditions to Enabled or Disabled this Add button in the CollectionControl (or CollectionEditor, I'm not sure of the real name) ?
