Hi,
Currently, you have the property "ButtonSpinnerLocation" that you can modify. It lets you position the Up/Down buttons on the left or the right of the control.
But the ButtonSpinner (containing the Up and the Down buttons) is moved in a block. So you cannot separate the 2 buttons nor modify their vertical orientation.
You will have to modify the templates if you want to change this.
If its something that could be used by many users, please create an issue and vote for it.
