Hi,

You will have to redo the template of the TimePicker that you can find here :
-Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit/TimePicker/Aero2.NormalColor.xaml (in Windows 8)
-Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit/TimePicker/Generic.xaml (in Windows 7)

If you are looking for themes (already done for all controls), the "Plus" version of the Toolkit have the following themes :
-Office 2007 Blue
-Office 2007 Black
-Office 2007 Silver
-Metro Light (with any AccentColor)
-Metro Dark (with any AccentColor)

Have a look at the "LiveExplorer App" available here : https://wpftoolkit.codeplex.com/ and select the following sample :
-Theming/Extended Toolkit controls
